• Height, fullness, number of leaves,
• Colour, branching, and growth stage.

Differences between product photos and actual plants, where the plant is healthy and within a reasonable range of the description, do not constitute defects.

3.2 Availability
All products listed are subject to availability. We may:

• Limit quantities per order,
• Discontinue products, or
• Substitute pots/containers of similar value or aesthetics if exact options are unavailable, after reasonable efforts to notify you.

3.3 Pricing and errors
Prices listed on florantia.com include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time without notice.
If there is an error in price or description:

• We may cancel any affected order (even if it has been confirmed) and offer you a refund or an option to reorder at the corrected price.

3.4 Order acceptance

• The order is prepared for dispatch.
